Which is the better interface for managing wordpress?
CPanel or Plesk?
I'm currently using Plesk. There is a conflict when configuring wildcard domains that doesn't allow web access to email. I'm a bit frustrated and wonder if CPanel handles more easily?

I always use WHM/cPanel. My preference, prefer it and love it.
That said, I wonder why you are having issues in Plesk, can we be sure it is Plesk and not an issue with the server or the host?
Also is it the latest version of Plesk?
I usually set up wildcard domains within WHM which if you are not familiar with it is the Web Host Manager for cPanel. I have also set up wildcard through cPanel as well. There is a Simple and Advanced DNS option but that depends on if your host enables it or not.
You could check with your host to ensure you have full DNS access. Or depending on where you registered your domain, you could manage your DNS from there, including MX Records for mail.

I would be bias in my opinion. ;-)
