Upgrading to WP3.1 produced the errors shown in the attached screenshot in two different plugins.

It appears that removing the wpmu-dev-seo plugin resolved these errors.

Thanks again for reporting. I mentioned in your other post that this plugin is an alpha/preview but rest assured - it has an update coming at ya very shortly :)
