I am trying to find a plugin or a script that I can create a sign up page like edublogs or wordpress.com. I want to allow people to register for their blog at sign up. If this is unattainable, how can I redirect them to sign up for a blog upon registration?
Sorry this has nothing to do with the initial request. i just wanted to report to the edublogs team that I don't have any vertical scroll bar to read your TOS (I'm currently browsing with iPad).

That is down to the theme you use.

I should imaging they are using some kind of jQuery or similar for that with some styling.
