I added post types to one blog with CustomPress, I just activated it on another blog (same WPMS install) and the post types I added to the other blog just appeared on that second blog too.
Not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, but it's not a functionality I need on this particular install.

At this time, the CustomPress plugin does enable the custom post types network wide. So they will show up on any blog on the same install. I'll ask Ivan to comment further on the possibility of doing this on a per-site basis.
