Hey Wpmudev,
I posted here about my troubles using CustomPress to create a custom post type using the genesis theme: http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/custompress-template-creation-with-theme-framework
I was told that the problem was that there was no single.php file for CustomPress to copy. So, we switched themes to Striking Corporate, knowing that it does have a single.php file. Using the same custom post type, called 'Venues', we went through the steps to create our template so we could add the necessary custom fields and taxonomies. Still, CustomPress won't create single-venues.php. I made sure that the permissions on the theme folder were set to 777.
Please advise, thank you

Hello xcar27,
Is there a way you could check if PHP safe_mode is turned on for this account?
I'm thinking that setting isn't allowing the script to write to the directory. I've seen that problem around here previously. Perhaps you could refer to the following for some detail on one person's account.
