Getting tired of me yet? Bet you will be glad when my membership runs out :).
OK. Having a problem getting this plug-in to work. I have tried both the primary feed and the secondary feed, but no go. I then tried a plugin off the regular mu-plugin directory ad got it to work, but it only lets me change the primary feed. I really want the secondary feed working (I assume it is the widget at the bottom of the dashboard. Here is what I am entering:
$secondary_feed_url = 'http://mysite.com/site-news/';
$secondary_feed_link = 'http://mysite.com/site-news/feed/';
$secondary_feed_title = 'mysite latest news';
$secondary_feed_description = 'The latest news straight from mysite.com';
But I never get anything different to show in the dashboard. What am I doing wrong? I'm running 2.6.

Thanks. Anyway to change existing blogs?

Hiya,
You'll have to either clear the settings in the options table for each blog or update those settings.
This is due to how the feeds bit is handled in WP. A few people and ourselves whined about it but it didn't help.
Thanks,
Andrew

OK. Got the feeds working properly (I know you were working drmike). But I am having a problem with my secondary feed. My post is showing, but it doesn't look right,
http://screencast.com/t/9GIVFQUb/
The bottom text is my Title. Normally, the Title is on top bold, and the user or website is the bottom text.
Could someone tell me how I need to format my post to appear correctly.
Thanks.

Why don't you look at the original WP feeds as an example?
The post title must be formatted as follows:
Matt: StartUP on Current
Being "Matt" the author, then colon then title "StartUP on Current"
This is pretty useless if what you want to do is, like I wanted to, add an WPMU sitewide feed.

Thanks. I changed my title to reflect MyName:Post Title. Now it displays correctly in the dashboard feed. But when looking at the standard Wordpress Feed, when you go to an article, the tile doesn't display the MyName portion, only the title portion.
How do you enter it so when a user goes to the article, it doesn't display the MyName portion, or am I entering this information in the wrong place?
Thanks.

I guess you shouldn't change your post title, just the way the rss feed is generated.

Sorry, I should know this, but how to you change the way the rss feed is generated? Up until this component, I really never looked at feeds and how WordPress generates them. From what I read, it is generated by the theme. I am using the 'Edublogs Clean Lime' I got from here.
Thanks again.

I have no clue either, but it depends on what plugin you are using to generate the feeds. I guess you are talking about the sitewide feed plugin?
If so that file is pretty self explanatory. just open your feed so you can see the output and check that plugin file. You should be able to figure it out pretty fast, it didn't look particularly hard to me.

if you are using wpmusitefeed plugin you can have a copy of my version, I just managed to get it working ;-)
