Hi
I need to disable all prices for the 'store' as it's only for products that will be individually price quoted per customer (all resellers) after the 'order' has been sent. No payment or shipping functionality needed either so also disable that.

Thank you for this great question and a significant item to bring up.
This can certainly be done in a couple of different ways in which I believe the use of short codes would be the cleanest way, actually a toss up between short codes and direct removal of the price coding from the source files.
After taking another moment to think about this, I would probably use the external link feature in Market Press to link to a "Post" about the product due to the fact this would get much more search engine attention and still be fully functional as a store on the front end.
