when i use Settings - General - Site language: greek it change admin, plugins and themes that i have translate and made .mo files.
is it possible to use lang changer like that on front page?
no the front end selector mean that the content is translated in several languages on the same blog. Wordpress does NOT manage MULTI language by default. sure you can have sites on a multisite in different languages. But if you want a real multilanguage site AND a front end selector then wpml is the *only* real solution.

Hiya!
I'm sorry I'm not exactly sure what you mean; are you asking is there's a language selector for the front end of your site?
Thanks,
Phil
