Does WHMCS have to be on the same server as the wordpress install for this plugin to work?
So if I have domain.com with whmcs installed and I add the provisions plugin, but the actual wordpress multisite is hosted somewhere else at domain2.com. Will the plugin still be able to create the sites?

Nope they don't need to be on the same server, but they need to be accessible to each other for this to work.
