Once you've activated, simply navigate to Settings > Advertising in your dashboard where you can set your preferences on ad appearance, code and split.
Then, your other users will be able to log in to the same dashboard and enter their code in Settings > Advertising.
Yes, that's correct and make sense. Subscribers aren't allowed to post so there is no point providing them with Advertising settings because their ads won't have any posts to appear on.

Hiya!
Sure, it works in single as well as Multisite.
Once you've activated, simply navigate to Settings > Advertising in your dashboard where you can set your preferences on ad appearance, code and split.
Then, your other users will be able to log in to the same dashboard and enter their code in Settings > Advertising.
Cheers!

Hi Phil, subscriber role doesn't have Settings menu enabled. How they access the page?

However Editor role also doesn't have Settings menu enabled. Just wondering how we can use it on single installation. Thought?

The only real way would be to actually edit the plugin itself to change the capability it checks against for something lower...

ok, I can customize code. So we can say this plugin at this version not useful for single installation.
