Domain mapping error "Could not determine user from environment"
Hello
I am having difficulty in getting the domain mapping plugin to work. The page and error I get is below...
Could not determine user from environment: http://lancesonka.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
This is a recent wpmu/buddypress install @ psek; all install and domain instructions have been followed including removing // @ wp-config
The original blog is lancesonka.builderpress.com mapped to lancesonka.com
Your consideration is appreciated, thanks.
Lance

Looks like you don't have the domain name mapped/parked at your account, or wildcard domains set up, as that error is happening before WPMU gets to process the request.
I initiated wildcards by adding * as a subdomain to builderpress.com; then pinged the site to verify ip which i verified at the dns of lancesonka.com.
In the dash of lancesonka.builderpress.com i mapped the blog to lancesonka.com.
The results are still the same?
All feedback and help is appreciated, thanks.
Lance
