We have an install where we've noticed that a loop is occurring with the domain looping form unmapped.domain.com to mapped domain.com// and back and forth ... notice the two slashes at the end of the mapped version .... we reinstalled the domain mapping plugin but aren't having any luck .... this issue ring a bell with anyone? We've also checked our .htacess to no avail ...

So it looks like it was a plugin .... which is odd since we haven't updated any of our plugins recently .... very bizarre ... trying to figure out which one right now ... thanks for the fast follow up!
Ok, so it looks like Yoast's SEO Plugin is playing a part in this .... deleting it solves the problem ... The bizarre part is that it has been days if not weeks since there's been an update to the plugin, so not sure why it would start exhibiting the issue at some random time. The only other plugin we've recently updated was All in One SEO, which is what I originally thought might be the cause but was not ... we have folks using one or the either, which is why we have both plugins ... some haven't migrated to Yoast's plugin yet ...
In any case, hopefully this is a very isolated issue, but if not, maybe this thread will help someone troubleshoot ....
Yep, there's a few things in there we'll forward to him ... in a perfect world things would break right when you upgrade them so there are no surprises a week or two down the road. :)

Hey Tracy, I trust you are well.
Is this happening on only one domain? Do others work fine?
What is entered on the domain mapping page?
Perhaps a screenshot of it....

It appears to be the majority of sites on the install .... haven't made any changes but troubleshooting by deleting plugins, etc. ....

For quick change you could rename your plugins directory to something random and that should deactivate all normal plugins for you to test.
The domain mapping plugin is in the MU directory so will continue to work.
When you say it appears on the majority, does it work on some then?
What does your htaccess file look like?

Let us know how you get on with this one. Would be interesting to know where the conflict is from.
Could your host have updated your php recently. I wonder if it affected on of the plugins?
Or did you upgrade to the new WP version, could this have been the cause perhaps....
Take care.

Glad you found the issue.
Did you find the exact error in your log files? Might help if you wish to resolve this so that both plugins play well together.
Take care.
