Weirdness, multi-site has been working for a while now (created & installed a new site just a few weeks ago)
But now I cannot find the Tools > Domain Mapping in Sites to be able to set the Domain of a new site.
All my other mapped sites are up & running without concerns I just can't find the Domain Mapping menu.
Updated recently but nows says 3.4.1 available but don't want to mess with things with an update.
Have a site ready to go just can't assign the domain, very frustrating.
Anyone seen this before?

@seancallanan I have had a similar issue too. One day POOF! gone. Are you using Admin Menu Editor by any chance? I was and was able to add it back. If not you can download it http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/admin-menu-editor/ and renable it there. You'll need to read the readme for a multisite install it's not to hard just doing a mu-plugin and moving a file. Hope this helps.

Figured it out...
Added a new site & but had not added my user as an admin of the site.
Once I added my standard admin account as user the Tools menu appeared!

Ah! That makes sense. You should check out the Admin Menu Editor plugin it's really cool allows you to hide and rearrange menu in the admin area.

Hey there.
Are you a network admin and couldn't see that?
Or was it a user account which couldn't see it?
Glad to see you have this sorted now. :)
Thanks.

Thanks for replies I was logged in a Network Admin in my haste to get the site up and running & had not added my user account to the site so I couldn't see the Tools menu.
I create new website so infrequently it's a step I missed.
I'll check out the Admin Menu editor plugin thanks.
