This is the one plugin so far that doesn't seem to work with domain mapping, it just leaves a blank space where the custom link is on the mapped-to blogs. This is with donncha's plugin, not sure if the one here would be different.

A link to where we can see this empty space would be helpful so we can see what's being outputted please. (Is it kicking out an empty field within the outputted code or completely removing everything including the marked up html) A check of your webserver's error logs would also be a plus to see if something's being dropped into there.
Yes it works fine on regular sub blogs with no mapping.
The link is correct just no bloginfo name.
I can't show you the site as I'm only testing domain mapping on one blog and it's admin only but In IE the display is not such a problem, the li doesn't output at all in terms of on page so there's no blank space but in firefox the average joe can see something is wrong because the bullet point is there but it's a blank space next to it,

It outputs like this:

So the link is correct but there is no text? And it works on non domain mapped blogs?
The $current_site->site_name var must be getting unset somehow.

Not sure why domain mapping would clear that var, but i'll fix it up.
