I am currently using WP 3.2.1 and BP 1.2.9. I just recently updated both.
The problem - the dropdown menu for any subpages is currently not working at all. There simply is no dropdown. It previously worked. I only noticed this malfunction today and can not say for sure what I did to make this happen. I know I updated WP, but BP was updated after I noticed the problem.

Yeah, I'm seeing a javascript error on your site. Please download the latest release (3.6.7) which was put out specifically to address the new jQuery libraries in WordPress 3.2+

Just in response to your question above on best way to update themes without losing custom styling - we recommend using child themes. Gotta link? This sounds like a theme issue and most likely is javascript related (assuming you mean on the front end of your site, correct?).

I tried switching themes but had the same problem. I am using the BP theme "BuddyPress Business 3.6.6"

The "About Us" as well as "Contact" are suppose to have dropdown menus.
