It looks like the issue is with your custom menu css, what plugin are you using to create that custom admin bar?
One simple hack for this would be to use a custom logo in easy menu , do a png or gif with a tranparent background and ad 30 blank pixels to the top of the logo, this should force it down below the admin bar without editing your css.

Yeah, I have been playing with that option of adding about 24 px for about 20 screenshots now so I was wondering if there was an easier fix, or if the developer was aware that it was happening.
It is the branding plugin admin bar although the same thing was happening with the custom admin bar plugin (which the branding plugin seems to be built upon).

i just checked my install, i have the admin bar turned off in easy mode, which you can do under the easy blog settings in super admin. When I turn it on i get the same error!

I don't see any quick way to get around this besides the hack above. I'll definitely let the developers of the plugin know so we can get it sorted out as soon as we can.

What version of WP are you using? did you have the issue with any earlier versions? The custom admin bar actually uses the standard WP admin bar, but modifies the content, so a quick test would be to disable the ultimate branding plugin and see if the admin bar still covers the logo - that way we can discount either the plugin or WP :)

Correction, it's not the branding plugin. It is the easy blogging admin menu that creates the issue.
