As mentioned in my other post to you, I will provide you with a small guide on how to use the Blogs MU theme. I'm still busy putting it together, so please allow me a few hours to complete it - hopefully this will help you to customize your own site easily.

Now I've answered your question regarding the green button already in your other post, but will quickly guide you to where you can change the link and wording of the green button:
Go to WP Admin Dashboard » Theme Options » Homepage Settings and scroll down until you see these options
Your Network intro header button not logged-in text
Your Network intro header button not logged-in link
Your Network intro header button logged in text
Your Network intro header button logged-in link
