Where do I control the posts that are appearing under and to the right of the "features/services" section.
When I add widgets, they appear under them, and I'd like to have more control over them please :-)

Yes That's exactly how I'm creating this Page.
Does it affect how the Page renders.
If I can just access the setting of that latest news part and control what get's shown there, the one's that you've circled, I would have a happy day, and my membership access page almost sorted :)

Hey HK, what I understand is that you want the http://harounkola.com/welcome-home/ page to be used with home template. I need and trying to locate this physical page in the page list, there are a lot of them, so could you please temme which page is that exactly ?

I checked and replicated the settings on my website and It came up exactly like yours no matter the feature settings in the theme options are on service mode or post mode
Also this happens only on the pages which are seperately created and template is changed to homepage template.
If you use this page as your home page in reading settings even then it will appear in the same way. I think we got no way to modify it within theme options and a modification to homepage template might make it work your way.
