I am trying to install this with a new bbPress instance. The default theme works fine, but when I activate this theme it seems to not be activating the stylesheet. I'm not sure if it is the theme, or my installation... any ideas?
I don't think you understand. bbPress is a completely seperate software package from WP with it's own seperate themes. This theme is for bbPress software.

which directory did you drop eduBB theme !?
Geeky Developer — 14th March 2010 #
hi sabuntu
you need to have standalone bbpress installation and drop the edubb themes
to either bb-templates or my-templates.
integrated bbpress for buddypress did not work with outside skin/templates for bbpress.
cheers

I am confused on the installation instructions for EduBB. It says:
3. Upload the entire contents of the themes/ folder but not the themes/ directory itself to bb-templates/
For this theme under bb-templates/ you should have: eduBB/
Problems:
I don't have a bb-templates folder.
If I am supposed to create it, where does it go?
Thanks,
Ed

This theme is for an installation of bbPress. It will be in the folder you installed it. Usually forums/ or forum/.

I have a /themes/Edu-clean/forums folder.
Do I now create a /themes/Edu-clean/forums/bb-templates folder for the all the files in eduBB?
Thanks,
Ed

Thanks, Aaron.
You are right about that. Since I had BP install bbPress, I can't find a trace of bbPress in File Manager.

Yes, integrated BP forums cannot use bbpress plugins or themes. They use the BP theme.
