Activated inscub support on a 3.1RC3 network install, getting these errors in my log files
Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. referer: http://DOMAIN/wp-admin/admin.php?page=incsub_support_tickets
Unless the plugin specifically states, 3.1 support is not provided until 3.1 actually gets released. I believe the upgrade sticky covers this:
http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/important-wordpress-31-update-information
The developers may have a version ready to go but in the past, early releases for pending versions just gets folks confused as to which plugin versions go with which wp versions.
Hope this helps, -drmike
I read the update sticky, and while I appreciate your condescending reply, the Readme for the Support System plugin specifically states:
= 1.6.0 = * Tested with WordPress 3.1
I had activated it on my test server, and noticed the problem, so thought reporting it would be prudent.
I wasn;t trying to be condescending.
I;ve gone ahead and passed this along to Mohanjith, the developer, so he can take a look at it,
My apologies for misreading the tone of your reply then, and thanks for passing it along.
Hiya edihtors,
Anything in the error logs for this? I'm not able to duplicate this on my install.
Thanks!
