Does anyone know if this WP plugin will work well with the plugins offered by WPMUDEV, in particular will it work well with the Ultimate Facebook plugin? What about multi-site, membership and buddypress?

As this plugin offers very similar features to our Ultimate Facebook plugin there is a very good chance that it will conflict.
We can never guarantee our plugins won't conflict with others but where they do we will of course help to try and identify where the conflicts occur and get them solved.
The WPFacePages plugin has the same features as the Ultimate Facebook plugin plus it has Google +1, Facebook Picture and Album support, Google Maps Integration, tons of Shortcodes for Customizing Wordpress and the Fan Pages created with the Fan Page creation suite. You can do anything with this plugin when it comes to Facebook really. The amount of features are awesome.
Question about the Ultimate Facebook plugin: Can it be connected to a fan page?
Several of my users has fan pages and they have our current facebook-plugin connected to it. They won't want to create an app instead of the fanpage as they have alot of fans.
An other question about this plugin: Where do I put the language files? I've tried putting them in the plugins languages-dir with different filenames but I've been unsuccessful.

Yep the Ultimate Facebook plugin does allow you to connect with pages as well as profiles.

I believe you will need to name your language files and store them like so;
/ultimate-facebook/languages/wdfb-en_US.mo
