Hey alchymed,
What other plugins from WPMU do you have installed?

Hey there.
Please disable and remove V2, that should resolve your issue.
PHP doesn't allow you to declare a class twice, in your error that is what is happening. Disabling V2 and removing it should fix that for you.
Take care.

If you can please totally remove V2.1.4 and then upload the Version 3 RC3. Activate and try again.

Can you completely delete the membership directory and then FTP the latest version up again? You may have a few files left there from the older versions as the files moved around a little bit in recent versions.

To Timothy
thanks a lot, it's working now. So if I understand, we have to delete an older plugin before uploading a new one. Overwriting it is not enough ?
Thanks

Usually overwriting is enough, but there were a lot of file movements and changes between 2.x and 3 so in this case it's safer to remove and then re-upload.

No worries, glad I could help :)
Best practice it to remove them just to be sure. :)
Take care.
