I was hoping someone could help me with this Im trying to create a social network similar to flickr, allowing users to upload their own images to their profiles creating albums/galleries with these images. I know there are a few plugins that allow this but they are all missing one important part, taxonomy using tags. Tags are a very important element to this project.
If anyone knows of a plugin like this or has any advice I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

You probably saw this already, but one of the more better ones is:
