I'm having multiple issues with my site today. The blog is hotcliques.com and I can't get it to upgrade automatically. I also noticed that my adsense ads are showing at all. Does anyone have any advice or someone that I can hire to fix those things? Thank you.

Can you confirm what version of WordPress you were upgrading from? Also did you refer to Important WP 3.0 Upgrade Instructions: PLEASE READ BEFORE UPDATING! ( http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/important-wp-30-upgrade-instructions-please-read-before-updating ) before upgrading?

Most of us have upgraded manually. This is a perfect reason why. There's too much that can go wrong.
