When I tried to deleted the logo and uploaded a new logo it wouldn't work. The first logo that I added is the logo that continues to be added. I unable to delete it.

Which theme is that? this sounds like a caching effect, do you have any caching plugins like Super cache or w3 cache?
If so disable them, clear the cache and try, that should be it. Also do hard refresh, i.e Control + F5.
