I cannot figure out how the TOS is supposed to work with the sign-up process. I do not see any code to put in an email reply or integration. I would like the client to agree to terms either through a contact form auto reply. Is this possible?

Just to check, as the plugin's currently only Multisite compatible (it's one of very few), is your site Multisite enabled?
