Hi,

How can I set it to only show fields with data inputted into them on the front end of my classifieds site?

At this time there is no way to hide empty categories.

I can submit this as a feature request and see if anyone else would be interested in this :)

If we get enough interest I'm sure the developer would consider adding it into the next release.
