How do I get the second and third column widgets on the home page? When I try to add more than one widget instance to the Home Sidebar it appends the widget to the bottom of the left column. I need them to run horizontal, left middle and right. Currently it looks uneven with only the left column populating?

In the screenshot for the theme there is 2 columns and the Add Widget in the right column...I assume I can do this somehow but can't figure it out?
