Erm actually if you are using FrameMarket you can just add to the list in options/options.php so not sure why you are linking meta box here Timothy. That's kind of not needed also meta box is for post /edit screens not for theme options - so unfortunately won't work in that case either.

Hey Johnny.
Yeah, its a little more complex that just posting a forum thread. The best place to start would perhaps be here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_meta_box
There is also further reading on the page for you. :-)
Depends on what the total end goal is you will need to do a small chunk of custom coding.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Sorry my mistake I misread, thanks for pulling me on that.
I thought he was referring to extra options on the product pages. I see now he means the options panel within the theme.
Perhaps this might be of use instead:

And:

Those are tutorials which might at least offer some guidance. :-)
Take care.

No problem but as said Timothy FrameMarket has easy theme options built in (this topic is attached to FrameMarket).

Yeah perhaps so but I'm still finding my way around all these plugins and themes myself.
I don't yet know them all intimately inside and out.
Take care.
