I edited "incsub-support.pot" file. Exported as ".po" and ".mo" file. I named them as "de_DE". Than i copied them to plugin's language file. Nothing changed. How can i active my language file.

Hello.
The language file is referred in the plugin file. Sometimes it's not the logical name or the same name as the default .po/mo files.
But in this case, the files should be named incsub-support-de_DE.mo and .po. They should be placed in the language folder.
