Hope you're well.
I'm not too sure if this is something that can easily be achieve with the current Plugin settings. I will follow up with the Developer and revert back to you at the earliest.
To be more specific, I'd like that editors can add, edit items in taxonomies created by the admin.
I do not want them to modify taxonomies structure with custompress.

Nothing that could be done easily. I would suggest adding a request for a new feature spelling out what you need. You can use the link on the lower right corner of this page.
