You can easily achieve this by creating a translation file where you can change any string to whatever wording you want. Here is a good tutorial that can guide you through the steps:

I just wanted to let you know that we recently released a new version of the Wiki Plugin. Please have a look and let me know if you have any further issues.
Also, with regards to the tabs, I have not been able to find the place in the code where this can be achieved, so I will ask the Developer for feedback.

Hope this help you in transforming your Wiki to what you want it to be.
To line up all tabs will require a bit of custom editing and I will have to see where and how that is possible. Let me get back to you on this one.
