Hello,
I have successfully created a fresh wordpress site with Q&A. Since I will only use the site for Q&A I want the homepage to have the list of questions. How can I achieve this:
- without a simple redirect
- having homepage completely replace the normal /questions page (to avoid having two pages (/ and /questions)

(I was out of the country that's why it took me so long to reply)
Thanks for your updated solution. It worked very well and now the home page has the list of questions.
One (small) problem remains: when I search, the form was still submitting to page /questions. I tried to change it to / but although it outputs the correct results, they are using the standard template and not the Q&A template. You can try it yourself:

You're right. I won't use the normal search at all so I can simply adapt it to the Q&A search template. Of course!
(I'm not an expert in WP so these apparently simple solutions are not always obvious to me)
About being out of the country... I live in Portugal which has nice weather and I had to go to Belgium which is coooold. So I'm happy to be back in Lisboa :)

Well I'm personally over in the UK and its cold and wet at the moment. I'm wanting to get the BBQ out so hoping it will get better real soon! :-)

Hey Nuno.
Currently the Q&A is not a physical page and the WordPress system don't allow you assign slugs as the main page from within the reading settings.
The link PC kindly offered should help there.

Hey guys.
By default the plugin simply cannot do that.
So I looked at what Arun did there, he included the QA template.
Try the version attached - Follow the instructions on the other thread but with this file instead. (CSS things remain the same.
Screen attached, keep in mind I have not done any of the CSS stuff there, so it will look plain and unformatted.

Well the second link is the normal search I believe? So you would need to style that accordingly.
Whereas the question one is using the Questions CSS to handle the design.
I couldn't see where you use the default search on your site? I could only see the Question one?
