I have not been able to get any support that helped to get the plugin working and it still is not working. I wish for a refund and to cancel my account.

I notice that you hadn't responses to support threads asking for more information:

The last one there you were asked about error logs and such and your response was you are trying to figure it out. We really need more information in order to be able to assist.
I also note duplicate threads on the same issue which can slow response times down.

Before proceeding can you please upgrade your theme version. You have 2.7 and I see that Elegant have 2.9 released.
