I'm not quite sure what you are looking for by your description.
We do have a pay-per-view plugin, but that is more for protecting content.
Perhaps if you could outline the process that you would like to see take place from a user perspective I can better understand what tools you may be looking for and if we have any that can help?
Also, you can search the Wordpress Repository for plugins, there are many different kinds there as well.

I was thinking about a plugin that collected email addresses for subscription to a newsletter, for a free download or for a product.
I do have optimize press but, can I integrate that with my other WPMU plugins?
