I am trying to upload images to the Custom Homepage tab under Appearances, and I am using the media browser in Mac OS X to find images in iPhoto and upload them to my localhost. All of these images are *.jpg format, yet the theme returns an error: Images must be jpeg png etc. format. Which they are.
If I navigate through the normal file browser and find the same images, the exact same images, they upload with an error. Is this a bug, or is the theme designed to not support iPhoto?

Is this relevant to me? I am running a single wordpress test site on my hard drive, via MAMP, and there are no such options available to me in the control panel; no Network Admin Settings, no Upload Settings, etc.

Hiya,
Did you set "Upload file types" from settings page?

Hey there gtra1n, Hope you are well! :-)
Its nothing to do with Mac or iPhoto. I'm a Mac user and can do this just fine. :-)
Its a setting within WordPress as Mustafa kindly pointed out.
Admin --> Network Admin --> Settings
/wp-admin/network/settings.php
See screenshot for example.
Take care.

RIchie: the path does exist, because I am uploading. Are you saying that there's a difference, in the theme, between *.JPG and *.jpg?
