Just realized I didn't welcome you in on your initial post so on that note, welcome to WPMU DEV!
The Ad Sharing plugin doesn't provide a way to include ads elsewhere than where it provides in the options, though pretty much anything is possible with some custom coding, something you may want to seek a developer's assistance with.
On a similar note, the In Post Ads plugin provides an easy way to display ads throughout posts. Though it doesn't utilize an ad sharing paradigm, perhaps it may work for you? http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/in-post-ads
