I guess, I dont understand the process. Trying to set this up for a client. But how do you connect the app you created to their page?

Hiya @natebald
First off, welcome to WPMU DEV :)
Did you go through the process as recommended in our usage instructions here:
http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/ultimate-facebook/#usage
If so, at what point are you getting stuck?
Just want to make sure we've got our bases covered before diving into a specific issue. Let us know!
Thanks!

I am getting stuck at the 'Grant Extended Permissions'. It says I already granted permissions, but dont recall doing so OR which page I did so. I uninstalled and reinstalled but assuming the SQL tables aren't removed since the data reappeared. I will delete tables and try again.

I deleted my app and recreated. I need to make sure that the new items (pages, Posts and WooCommerce) items are posted to a spefic page for my client on facebook which I am an admin on. I dont want it to post as me on my page or my business page.

Hiya natebald,
You should be able to do this through the "Autopost to Facebook" section.
Just choose the facebook location you'd like each post type to link up with, and then select "If posting to a page, post AS page. This way, each Facebook page will post as if posted by the page itself.
A noted you do have to be admin of fan pages in order to have permission to do this.
Does that help? Let me know.
Thanks!

Yes, that is what I have done. I have attached screenshot. If you look at the facebook page, nothing shows up https://www.facebook.com/Drasticfit. I am an admin of the page.

Hiya,
We are actively looking into this. You have the same issue as we're discussing here:
http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/ultimate-facebook-plugin-not-auotposting-to-facebook-error-log-shows-1-of-4-errors#post-219235
The lack of response is simply that we don't quite know what to do about it yet. Facebook is making this more difficult and we're looking at what (if any) thing we can do about it.
We haven't given up though!
Thanks!

A response such as, "we acknowledge there is an issue and we are working on it" it much better that no response at all.

Greetings natebald,
Thank you for your feedback and I totally agree with A response such as, "we acknowledge there is an issue and we are working on it" it much better that no response at all.
The challenge here at the moment is that Facebook has so many issues going on right now that it is hard to figure out if it is our issue or a Facebook issue.
Reported recently by a Facebook Developer they have 866 unresolved issues at the moment: http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/fbs-change-in-api-for-remote-access#post-227743
Due to Facebook admitted issues it makes it extremely hard to pinpoint exactly where the problem is at.
However, we will be persistent and hopefully find resolution for your issue soon.
Cheers, Joe
