Dear all,
for the "invite plugin", it is written we can develop it to make possible to import our gmail, yahoo or MSN contact adress book.
I didn't find how to do that. Do you know any tutorials or clues to develop a such functionality ?

Um, do note that the folks consider receiving such messages as spam and may act upon that. I would make sure that you set it up as an optin process with at the very least a mention to your user about the risks involved.

Actually I thought we discussed it once before here. Or was it on the mu forums? I made the comment about it being used for spamming and someone went off.
Hang in there, we might be able to get something very special out for you soon... it could take a while but I'm guessing you'd like the invite plugin + integration with all major third party webmail platforms right?
It'll be pretty spam neutral I think - although of course if your platform is sending out a lot of email you need to make sure that you're well configured and have a very clear terms of service and use.

We use a third party tool for it, but I can't remember what :) It'd probably be a popular one to include instructions for though wouldn't it!
