Is there a wp-config define code for User Sync to prevent the need to recopy?
I know for akismet, gravity forms, myreviewplugin, etc. they have something along the lines of define("LICENSE_KEY", "#####"); for wp-config. Is there one for the user sync url and masterkey?

Not that I am aware of, what issues or errors have you come across trying to do this adjustment to the wp-config.php file?
So what you are also trying to indicate is that the sync settings do not remain after the first time setup?
Please advise.

Thanks for the reply Joe,
The reason for the adjustment was to prevent the need to manually sync with every new site that is created.
However, as I was typing my reply it seems mute point now. I am using the WP Replicator plugin, which apparently is copying it for me.

I do have one more question:
After the sync should all user be appearing under each site's user list?

That is a great question in which I do not know the answer, though I would think so.
Thank you for the screen shot! It explains a lot :-)
Lets get a solid answer straight from the lead developer with his invaluable insight into this plugin.
Though it may take a bit longer then a normal ticket, I will try to get him in here asap.

The top blog in that screenshot of yours is what you set as the master site correct?
If it is that is how it is supposed to work currently.
