Hi Tammie,
I have the most recent versions of wp, bp, and business portfolio theme installed; (only themes and plugins from wpmudev have been installed.)
My issue is this: in admin, under theme options, I am unable to navigate away from "home settings" page to other theme setting pages e.g. "branding" to modify additional theme elements.
For example:
This is the url for the home settings page whereby I can modify home settings:
.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=functions.php&saved=true#home
This is the url for the branding page, whereby I see the exact same "home settings" elements as above and no access to modify branding settings:
.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=functions.php&saved=true#branding
This is occuring on recently updated business: portfolio, services, blog, and feature themes alike.
Can you help me to identify where the issue may be? Thanks.

@Lance: Can you try turning off all plugins apart from BuddyPress (if you are using it) as I think you've got a javascript clash. Then clear your cache and try again. Should that work then please list any admin plugins you have. By admin plugins I mean anything that interacts with the admin panel.
