I would like a plugin to restrict the number of blogs a user can create and have it interact well with the Membership plugin.

The membership plugin can restrict the number of blogs by Access Level.

Greetings stephanie,
I am working with you on the later ticket and Barry on the former.
Barry is indeed the lead developer and creator of the Membership plugin.
Therefore he is the one we need to consult with when we cannot find answers to this plugin.
