The schedule for here reads “All times shown below are in EST.” I was wondering if you guy now that that time changes twice a year for Daylight Savings Time. I was wondering because not every state in our union uses Daylight Savings Time, so I didn’t know if other countries used it at all. It will be coming up in a few months.

you mean the support live chats? Wouldn't that be more confusing for users? There are many users who show up based on the schedule we have now.
Have you checked the timings lately? We have added even more chat sessions, none of them match your time zone?

The chat times observe Daylight saving and the schedule would update automatically as EST updates.
