Can we please extend this plugin for login redirect by Role / Access Level- Subscriber / Editor / Admin redirects etc. I guess same also for logout redirect.

Yes that's exactly what I am proposing. I am familiar with the plugins you suggested. It's just nicer to keep WPMU plugins which i know will continue to be active/kept up to date rather than 3rd party plugins.

Thank you for this question but what do you mean?
Whenever one logs in they automatically have the role they are assigned.
Are you perhaps proposing a plugin that redirects the person to a certain page based on their user role?
Something like Peter's Login Redirect plugin or Source Redirect Site plugin?
Please advise.
