Logout not working from the WPMU main page.

    I'm using WPMU-triden for the from page of my WPMU system onMason.

    Right now users can log in without an issue and all the links in that section seem to be working. However, when someone tries to logout of the WPMU system from that front page interface supplied by WPMU-triden they get directed to "http://onmason.com/wp-login.php?action=logout" and the system displays a page titled "WordPress Failure Notice" which says:

    "You are attempting to log out of onMason

    Please try again"

    and the try again links back to the front page.

    Any ideas as to what is causing this and how to fix it? I tried using the Redirect plugin to redirect users to the working login which is "http://onmason.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=d973be6a4f" but that didn't work either.
