I am using a client supplied Authorize.net emulator (Plugnplay.com) in Marketplace and the transactions are kicking back the error..."There was a problem finalizing your purchase. Please go back and try again"
on the website.
However, in viewing our logs, the transition went through successfully and we returned a 'success' response to the shopping cart.
Everything on the Plug n Pay end seems to be working correctly.
So the problem seems to be with the shopping cart not properly handling the
success response. Unfortunately I didn't see anything in the settings that
would affect that.
Any ideas? Could we bypass the errors?

plugnplay.com is for sale, perhaps thats the issue?
I've use this with authorize.net aim and a few other emultors and have never had a problem, if its a true auth emulator, it should send the the same reponce codes. Is it an AIM intergration??
One thing to do is try it without the md5 hash code, I had an issue gettting that to work with EMS's authnet emulator

Unfortunately my experience with Authorize.net and I'm not sure how emulators are used here. I will ping our developer who worked on this gateway, perhaps he will have a better idea.
Take care.

Thanks for the quick response! Yeah...strange. Of course the emulator dev is pointing fingers. Hopefully, the gateway dev will have some insight. Thanks!!!

As is turns out...all I had to do was select "Delim Data" and things went through just fine. Again, thanks for all of the support!!!

Awesome, glad it was easy to sort out. :)
Do you have a link to this emulator? Might be handy for others. :)
Thanks.
