Marketpress product upload causes 403 error. When creating a new product, I go to the area: Product Download > file URL (form field) > Upload File.
I do not see a 'browse' button, and when I add the URL of an image file, I get a 403 error. This error asks me to insure that I have an index file (which, of course I do). I am then directed to reset my site permissions, which I did – but no joy.

Oh, and FYI: when I don't add a file location to the form, I still get that same 403 error. I have another site with Marketpress in play, and this site works perfectly! Etch!

Thank you for that very important piece of information, it is greatly appreciated.
As an FYI for members out there too, another plugin called "Bad Behavior" causes lots of problems too including but not limited to blocking PayPal IPN's!

LOL never mind! Plug-in 'Bulletproof Security' .htaccess coding apparently trashes Marketpress digital uploads. Problem solved.
