Ok guys, we're almost ready for 1.0!
Just finished up the basic set of multisite network wide features for you to test:
* Indexes products, tags, categories, etc. from across the network
* Show global product lists, categories, or tag clouds on main blog
* Template functions for displaying global products
* Widgets for displaying global products
* Shortcodes for displaying global products
* Permissions control over Themes, Gateways for sites - You can even limit certain themes or gateways to supporter blogs only.
Please test the global features over the weekend. If nothing major comes up, we'll put out an official 1.0 beginning of the week!

I am having the issue of clicking on an item and getting this message:
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.
Everything else seems to work fine so far - I just can't see my items. I have tried saving the presentations page already. I have just left it in the default Twenty-ten theme for the moment. Do I need to change that for it to work?
Just for the heck of it, I tried putting something in the shopping cart and got this message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/thesexyc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/marketpress.php:1723) in /home/thesexyc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/marketpress.php on line 1651
Perhaps that is the same problem? I have tried installing the .php and the marketpress folder in the plugins folder and the mu-plugins folder with the same result.
I noticed in a much earlier post that you suggested someone enable mod-rewrite to fix a problem. Is that something that might help me? If so, could you tell me where I might go to find out how to do it?

Hmmm, looking over your site there seems to be 2 issues.
1. Custom post type rewrites. Obviously you can't view the single product pages. Are you doubly sure they are published and not private or something? It "may" also be related to your install in a subdirectory.
2. Ajax is getting redirected to wp-login.php. I have no idea why this is happening. If you access it directly there is no issue.
Both of these symptoms can be caused by the products being set to any other status than 'publish', especially private. If you can verify that they are published, then I have some debug code you could try.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin and I have the same problem. I am sure the products are public. You said you have some debug code I could try?

Ok, looks like rewrites are not taking for the custom post types.
Can you try removing the site search plugin (whatever is adding the /site-search/), and resave the MarketPress presentation settings page. I think some plugin (maybe that) is clearing the rewrites before they are added.
I have deleted the global search and the global sitewide tags plugins. I have deactivated everything in the plugins folder. I deleted MarketPress and reinstalled it. Perhaps I am installing it incorrectly. I put the marketpress.php in the mu-plugins folder, and the marketpress-includes folder in the mu-plugins folder.
I resaved the MarketPress presentation settings page. Nothing changed.
Then I moved everything out of the mu-plugins folder except the two MarketPress items, and it is now working. So I will work from there and see what was conflicting.
Have you seen any problems with the Communities/Friends/Avatars or the Easy Blogging plugins working with it?

@Aaron - Everything works for me except for the /store/shopping-cart/confirm-checkout/ page.
The Paypal payment clears just fine, but when I click the "Confirm Payment" button, I get the following error:
