[Mass Email Sender] Do we still need the SQL.txt file?

    The Mass Email Sender plugin still comes with a sql.txt file. Do we still need to run it? Not listed in the official plugin instructions.

    I checked the plugin code and it doesn't appear to reference the 'wp_mass_mailer' table anymore.
