Plugin was working great then stopped. When signing up after putting in inital info to sign up it goes to a blank screen. it was taking them to select a subscription but not anymore. i had to select allow incomplete sign ups just to make it kind of work. you can now sign up it goes to a blank screen then because i put a log in button on my menu they can click there and get to signin and select a subscribtion, buyt it is confusing for a new person.

Hiya chadgleaves,
Can we get a link to your site? A blank page often indicates a PHP error. Have you made any modifications to a plugin or perhaps the theme?
You'll also want to check your PHP error logs. Feel free to post them here for help with diagnosing them.
We'll be glad to take a look with ya. Thanks!

Howchurchmediaworks.com is the site. I'll switch it back to not allow incomplete sign ups so you can see my problem. Also can you delete signed up accounts?

http://www.howchurchmediaworks.com/registration-page/ that is my registration page on my site after someone fills out the first page it goes to same blank URL instead of http://www.howchurchmediaworks.com/registration-page/?action=registeruser&subscription=3 where they would select a subscription.

Chad,
I noticed your email in our contact inbox with a link to your thread here.
It seems Mason is helping to get you sorted already :)
I would second his questions to ask for your php error logs and asking if you have made any changes to your theme.
Which theme are you using?
You can delete accounts by going to Dashboard>Users and deleting your user from that list.
Best,
Kimberly

Hiya @chadgleaves,
Thanks for the link. What do you have setup for the "Registration completed page" under Membership>Options>Pages?
Also what gateway(s) do you have activated? My first thought is that either the subscription or gateway setup is incomplete and that's why the process is unable to finish.
Thanks!
